Chesterfield FC Community Trust was formed as a Company Limited by Guarantee in July 2009 and was registered as a charity in September 2009. They are independent to Chesterfield Football Club but work very closely together sharing many resources. They are affiliated to the Football League Trust and received accreditation in 2011.
