We offer Standard Delivery and Premium Courier Delivery for most addresses in the UK. Below, we’ve outlined the despatch and delivery timelines in more detail to help you plan your order.
Despatch Times
The despatch times listed below refer to the time it takes for your order to leave our warehouse. Please note that these do not include the courier delivery times, which are outlined separately.
During peak seasons (May – November), despatch timelines may be extended. If delays occur, we will make every effort to keep you informed of the anticipated despatch dates.
- In-stock items (no personalisation required): Prepared for despatch within 1-2 working days.
- Out-of-stock items (no personalisation required): Prepared for despatch within 3-5 working days.
- Personalised items (including all club shop orders): Personalisation (e.g., club badges, sponsor logos) can take 2-4 weeks. Once personalisation is complete, your order will be shipped according to your chosen delivery method.
Delivery Options
Standard Courier Delivery

- Delivery timeframe: Usually delivered within 4-7 working days after despatch.
- Weekend deliveries: During busier periods, deliveries may occur on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Tracking: You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery charges: Orders under £100.00 are subject to a £2.99 delivery charge, while orders of £100.00 or more qualify for free delivery.
Premium Courier Delivery

- Delivery timeframe: Usually delivered within 2-4 working days after despatch.
- Enhanced flexibility: This service offers a one-hour delivery slot, live tracking on a map, and a final 15-minute delivery window.
- Rescheduling options: If the delivery date doesn’t suit you, the courier will provide options to reschedule. You can also arrange for your parcel to be delivered to a local shop or a neighbour.
- Missed deliveries: If delivery cannot take place, the courier will leave a calling card and notify you via text or email, allowing you to rearrange the delivery.
Important Notes
- In the unlikely event that we are unable to meet an agreed delivery date, we will notify you promptly. You will have the option to agree on a new delivery date or request a full refund.
